Brian Dufour is the Co-Founder and Vice President of KC MudJack, a Kansas City concrete lifting and leveling company specializing in polyurethane lifting solutions for settled driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors and other concrete surfaces.

Brian brings 24 years of professional foundation repair, soil stabilization and residential structural experience to KC MudJack. Born and raised in Kansas City, he has spent his entire professional career evaluating foundation and settlement problems, overseeing repairs and helping property owners identify solutions designed to last.

His career began in hands-on foundation production, where he learned how soil movement, moisture, drainage and installation methods affect foundations and concrete. Brian later moved into foundation evaluation and sales before advancing into production management and operational leadership. This progression gives him a practical understanding of how problems should be evaluated, how repairs are installed and what is required to produce a consistent result.

Brian’s previous experience includes national foundation repair work with Olshan Foundation Solutions and Kansas City and Midwest regional experience with PierMagic Foundation Specialists. Throughout his career, he has evaluated, managed or participated in thousands of foundation and concrete-related projects involving settlement, structural movement, water intrusion and unstable soil conditions.

In addition to his role at KC MudJack, Brian is Co-Owner and Director of Operations at KC Pier. He oversees production, employee training, project planning, quality control, scheduling, equipment and field operations. The connection between KC MudJack and KC Pier provides customers with broader expertise when concrete settlement may be related to drainage, soil movement or a larger foundation concern.

At KC MudJack, Brian leads field operations and helps ensure that each concrete-lifting project is properly evaluated, carefully installed and completed according to consistent production standards. His extensive foundation background allows him to look beyond the uneven concrete surface and consider the conditions that caused the settlement.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys golfing, fishing, volleyball and basketball. As a lifelong Kansas City resident, he values the opportunity to improve properties and serve homeowners throughout Kansas and Missouri.
